Prepare Vanilla Caramel Chai Baked Oats
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray four 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add milk and heat until it’s just about to simmer. Remove from heat and steep with 4 bags of TAZO® Vanilla Caramel Chai for 5 minutes. Remove bags and squeeze out as much tea as possible. In a blender, add oats, walnuts, bananas, eggs, coconut sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared ramekins. Bake for 25 minutes Meanwhile, prepare caramel sauce. In a food processor, combine dates, water, vanilla and salt. Pulse until smooth. Drizzle each ramekin with caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
