INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING)
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Gin
1 oz Cherry Heering
1 oz Averna
Soda
Ice
PREPARE PINK DRAGON
1. Fill glass with ice.
2. Place all ingredients, but soda, in shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Strain into glass.
5. Top with soda.
GARNISH: Lemon wheel and fresh cherries
GLASSWARE: Rocks glass
