Add a tropical flair to your post-workout routine with this uber healthy combo of daily greens in one delicious, no-mess smoothie.

    • 6 oz TAZO® Green Ginger Tea (steeped and placed into ice molds then allowed 24 hours to freeze) 
    • 1 Whole Cucumber 
    • 2 Whole Bananas 
    • 1 Cup Spinach 
    • 1/3 Cup Pineapple, Sliced   
    • 1/2 oz Honey 
    • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Grated 

Prepare the Green Ginger Smoothie

Combine all ingredients into a blender with TAZO® Green Ginger tea ice cubes. Put on medium blend for 10 seconds until smooth. Strain into a highball and garnish with 3 pineapple chunks.
